replacement and Refund Policy

You can ask for a refund or replacement if the fresh food you received is:

• Damaged on collection
• Spoiled or unsafe to eat
• Not what you ordered

Requirements of the purchaser 

• All produce must be inspected on collection
• Produce that does not meet the quality expected should be returned to us within 24 hours
• No Refunds or replacements shall be given after a 24 hour period
